They are very polite. I love the fact that they truly care about the patient needs. Would absolutely recommend that this is the place to go for dental needs. They did amazing on my dentures.

As a disabled veteran, I am extremely disappointed with this office. The treatment and attitude toward VA patients felt dismissive and unprofessional on multiple occasions. If you choose to accept veterans' insurance, then veterans deserve to be treated with the same respect and care as every other patient. Don’t walk in to one patient “Hello good morning! How are you?” Then come to the next one… “OPEN”. Like are you serious?? What concerns me even more is that Dr. Ruelas recommended significant dental work for my spouse, who is also a disabled vet, that two other dental providers disagreed was necessary. That raises serious questions about whether patient care or profit is the priority. When multiple independent opinions contradict a treatment plan, it's difficult not to feel that unnecessary procedures are being pushed. Patients place a great deal of trust in their healthcare providers. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling unheard, pressured, and concerned about the motivations behind the recommendations being made. Veterans deserve honest care, fair treatment, and professional respect. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this office. Especially not for Vets!

As usual I was taken back right on time as scheduled. The Hygienist was very friendly, caring and professional as was Dr. Ruelas when he came in for my final check-up. His practice has been one of the best I have ever used, and I've been seen by many over the decades.

I share reviews when they're deserved. This one is deserved. A dentist appointment is one of the few I will *not* skip. I switched to Dr. Ruelas because of the location and the fact that every single review (seriously!) I read was five stars. I've had coworkers and family members rave about the care they've received. Hannah called me ahead of time to go over pricing (I'm self pay), Nick provided an excellent cleaning and also thorough education after, and every time I called and spoke to Raevenn, the customer service was top notch. This office CARES ABOUT YOU!

I called to set up a new patient appointment and the office was able to get me in the following day with Dr. Ruelas. I couldn't believe I didn't have to wait weeks to get in. The office staff was so sweet. The techs were very thorough and so was the doctor. I don't particularly enjoy going to the dentist, but overall this was a great experience. I highly recommend this office!
